How to Turn Off Mouse Acceleration in Windows

3.   Disable mouse acceleration

Now, you might have landed on the right window, but not on the right tab. Find the ‘Pointer’ option on the tabs. Windows automatically lands you on the ‘buttons’ option. You simply have to click on the right tab. 

Now you can see the ‘Motion’ option there. It isn’t about adjusting the speed there. You need to look for the option below that. Notice if the ‘Enhance Mouse Precision’ is checked. If it is so, simply uncheck it. Click on the ‘Apply’ button. 

You will notice that your cursor is moving differently now. Your mouse acceleration is turned off now!
